special one-offs:

Off duty: an evening for mums

The Zen Den, Watergate Bay

Friday, June 5th at 6–8pm

You love them. Obviously. But tonight, you're off duty.

No one climbing on you. No one needing something. Just two hours that are entirely, unapologetically yours.

Off Duty is an evening for mums — any stage, any age, any chapter. Pregnant, postpartum, toddler years, school run era, teenagers coming and going, grown kids, grandchildren. If you're a mum and you need a minute to breathe, this is for you.

We'll meet at the Zen Den overlooking Watergate Bay, settle in with a mocktail, and spend the evening moving gently, being still, and finding a bit of yourself again.

What to expect:

  • We'll open with a welcome and a mocktail — a chance to land, exhale, and arrive.

  • From there, we'll move into some gentle yoga. Nothing intimidating, nothing intense. Just movement that feels good in your body. No yoga exerience needed, all bodies and abilities are welcome.

  • You'll receive a head and neck massage while you rest at the end of the movement bit.

  • With music playing throughout, we'll move into some journaling with guided prompts — bring a journal and a pen (or borrow one of mine). Space to think and arrange all the bits that have been whirling around in your mind.

  • We'll close with a women's circle — easy conversation, good energy, other mums who get it. Sharing is entirely optional. No pressure, no performance. Just connection if you want it.
