This includes:

→ Three 90-minute sessions during your pregnancy, designed to prepare you for the arrival of your baby with confidence and calm. Together, we’ll create a birth plan that truly reflects your wishes and cover any antenatal topics you’d like to explore — from pregnancy nutrition and breastfeeding preparation to understanding the stages of labour, comfort measures, and birth partner support.

You’ll have me on hand via phone or text throughout your pregnancy for questions, reassurance, or a listening ear. You can also use our time for practical support — whether that’s accompanying you to appointments, helping with baby prep, or walking you through the biomechanics of birth so you feel informed and empowered every step of the way.

→ On call for you from 38 weeks until you have your baby (this can mean being on call for up to about a month). If baby were to arrive earlier than this, I would still move mountains to be with you asap.

→ Attendance and support throughout your labour and birth, whether that is at home. birthing center or in hospital. I aim to protect your birthing space, create a calm and peaceful atmosphere, support your partner so that they feel confident and calm to support you, create a harmonious relationship with your care providers, ensure your birth preferences are heard and respected, provide touch and comfort measures, remind you to eat, drink and wee, and suggest positions to progress labour. I won’t leave until you are tucked up with tea and toast. I can also take birth photography for you, at your discretion.

→ Two 2-hour postpartum sessions (after the baby arrives). This can be to recap your birth and support in any way you need—whether that’s giving you some me-time, tidying your home, making meals or anything in between.

Price: 3 payments of £350

One to be paid upon booking, one to be paid at 34 weeks and the final to be paid when I go on call at 38 weeks.

This includes:

→ Two 60-minute sessions during your pregnancy, designed to prepare you for the arrival of your baby with confidence and calm. Together, we’ll create a birth plan that truly reflects your wishes and cover any antenatal topics you’d like to explore.

You’ll have me on hand via phone or text throughout your pregnancy for questions, reassurance, or a listening ear.

→ On call for you around 38 weeks until you have your baby (this can mean being on call for up to a month)

→ Attendance throughout your labour and birth, whether that is at home, at the birth center or in hospital. See the full birth package details above for a full run-down of what to expect during labour (all the same things apply here). I won’t leave your side until you are tucked up with tea and toast.

→ One 2-hour postpartum session (after the baby arrives). This is usually spent recapping your birth and offering any additional support with baby or around the home.

Price: Three payments of £300

One to be paid upon booking, one to be paid at 34 weeks and the final to be paid when I go on call at 38 weeks.

This option is great for those needing short-notice bookings.

This is a great option for those who don’t live in the Newquay or surrounding areas but want to work with me to create their birth plan and feel empowered going into labour.

This includes:

→ Four 1-hour sessions over Zoom during your pregnancy to prepare you for the arrival of your baby. We will work together to design your birth plan and ensure you feel empowered going into the birth. I will be available over text or the phone throughout this time as well.

→ Two 1-hour postpartum sessions (after the baby arrives). This is usually spent recapping your birth and offering any additional emotional support.
