Pregnancy Yoga

Pregnancy yoga classes in Cornwall, combining movement and breathwork to help you connect deeply with your body and prepare both body and mind for birth. My approach to yoga teaching (and doula work) is the same — encouraging you to tune in to your body, trust your instincts, and move in a way that feels good. With 9 years of teaching experience, I create a warm, supportive space where each session is tailored to the unique needs of pregnancy.

Pregnancy Yoga

These second and third trimester-friendly classes blend feel-good movement with a touch of challenge to help you build strength, release tension, and create space in your body. We finish each session with deeply restorative poses and a savasana complete with a head and neck massage so you leave feeling both energised and relaxed.

  • Each class blends gentle but energising movement with a touch of challenge to help you build strength, release tension, and create space in your body. We finish with deeply restorative poses so you leave feeling relaxed and refreshed. Expect a cup of tea, a chat and some good movement to leave you feeling ready for a chilled evening (or straight to bed!)

  • Yes — there are showers, changing rooms, and a water bottle refill station in the Health Club.

  • Nope, no need to buy the block — you’re welcome to drop in week by week (I will open those spots closer to the date) if that works better. Block bookings get priority to the spaces in the class and the block just works out at a lower rate per class for you. x
