Pregnancy Yoga

Pregnancy yoga classes in Cornwall, combining movement and breathwork to help you connect deeply with your body and prepare both body and mind for birth. My approach to yoga teaching (and doula work) is the same — encouraging you to tune in to your body, trust your instincts, and move in a way that feels good. With 10 years of teaching experience, I create a warm, supportive space where each session is tailored to the unique needs of pregnancy.

Pregnancy Yoga

These second and third trimester-friendly classes blend feel-good movement with a touch of challenge to help you build strength, release tension, and create space in your body. We finish each session with deeply restorative poses and a savasana complete with a head and neck massage so you leave feeling both energised and relaxed.

6-week blocks at SeaSpace
