Baby-Friendly Classes and Events for New Mums Ready to Get Out and Connect

Becoming a new mum is an incredible journey, but it can also be overwhelming, especially when you're adjusting to life with a newborn. I’ll be the first to encourage you to cocoon at home, nurture yourself as much as possible and lean on help in whatever ways possible. Then when you start feeling ready to venture out with your baby, it’s important to know there are plenty of welcoming, baby-friendly, mum-friendly activities and classes right here in Newquay.

I’ve compiled a list of local postpartum classes and events that can help you get out of the house, meet others, and feel supported during this new chapter of life. Take your time, explore what feels right, and enjoy these wonderful opportunities for connection and self-care.
